Acard in pregnancy-when to use?

Acard has recently become a drug that is taken by more and more pregnant women. This is due to the increase in the availability of ultrasounds and the popularity of the PAPP-A test. Modern medicine, in addition to early detection of the aforementioned risks, makes widespread use of prevention. This is done with acetylsalicylic acid (Acard) at a dose of 150 mg.

It is important to take Acard as prescribed by your doctor. It is most often prescribed to expectant mothers with a risk of pre-eclampsia or fetal growth restriction greater than 1:150. Prophylaxis should be started before the age of 16. Week and it continues until the 36th. One week of pregnancy. Statistically, the use of Acard reduces the risk of preeclampsia before 34. week of pregnancy by 80%.
