Sometimes it also happens that the material does not qualify for the preparation or storage process, for example, if the volume of placental and/or umbilical cord blood collected is too small.
There may also be a situation where, as a result of non-sterile collection, infection occurs.
The package guarantees parents a full refund of the initial fee in the event of disqualification for preparation/storage of all biological materials.
