Dear Parents-to-be, have you considered the possibility of storing your child's stem cells, but were discouraged by the high initial fees for this service? You no longer have to give up on ensuring a secure future and health for your Family, as a new affordable payment system for stem cell banking has been introduced. By spreading the cost over monthly payments, you can make a decision that could make a big difference to your loved ones in the future.

For many Parents, the one-time fees associated with cord blood collection and stem cell storage have been a reason to forgo the service, and thus the chance to treat a possible serious illness with stem cells. To meet the expectations of Our Consumers, we have changed the payment system, while maintaining our high standard and quality of service. Indeed, the Polish Bank of Stem Cells (FamiCord Group) is ranked 1st. Place in Europe and 5th. in the world in terms of size  among stem cell banks and has the most experience when it comes to donating material for transplantation.

Payments for cord blood collection and stem cell storage services are divided into 3 stages:

IN PREGNANCY

The first of the stages is the time before the birth. The period between 2. and the 3rd trimester is the ideal time for you, the Parents-to-be, to decide on cord blood collection and storage. Then you can calmly decide together about safeguarding the health of your unborn child, remembering that childbirth is the only time to collect the priceless material that is cord blood. There won’t be a second chance like this again.

Because we realize that you are facing a particularly large number of expenses before delivery, we have reduced the one-time fee during pregnancy to £259 in the Red variant of the service in the new payment system. It covers the cost of the collection kit, its transportation and initial preparation. With this discount, you can complete a dream layette for your baby, while not giving up the option of cord blood banking.

So if the one-time higher fee up until now was the reason why you chose not to store your child’s stem cells, now you don’t have to worry about it. You can make a decision about your child’s future without being driven by financial constraints.

AFTER BIRTH

Most hospitals in Poland have trained midwives who handle the collection of cord blood after the baby is born. It does not in any way affect the course of labor or the unbuttoning of the newborn. The task of the parents-to-be is only to take the collection kit with them to the hospital when labor begins.

The first days with a new family member at home for all Parents are special and unforgettable. Therefore, we have good news). Until the child’s 1st birthday, the fees associated with cord blood deposition are from 285 PLN per month. This is a price that includes the preparation of the blood for preparation, all the necessary testing of the sample and the freezing of the stem cells. Importantly, the fees don’t start until 2 months after the baby is born. This will allow you to fully enjoy the new time in your life and recover peacefully in the first weeks after the birth.

AFTER 1. CHILD’S BIRTHDAY

One year after the child’s birth, the fee for stem cell storage begins, which is only £50 per month. It is permanent for the selected period of stem cell banking. This covers the cost of storing the previously collected stem cells and, in the event of any need, provides free access to them for both the child and his loved ones. Thus, this is an amount that ensures a secure future for the entire family. Stem cells are currently used to treat as many as 80 different types of diseases, and scientists are constantly researching new disease entities, so the number is growing all the time.

Fees for the red kit amounting to PLN 55 per month, where the stored biological material is cord blood, do not significantly affect the family’s budget. What’s more, it’s equivalent to the average TV and Internet subscription or subscriptions to popular platforms with series and music, and it gives Parents the peace of mind associated with ensuring a secure future for their children.

Currently, many Parents choose to pay the amount covering stem cell banking from the 500+ benefit they receive. They view it as an investment that will pay off in the form of available treatment using stem cells derived from the baby’s cord blood in the event of an unforeseen illness of any family member.
