This is the largest specialized and ultra-modern laboratory in Europe, which specializes in the preparation of cord blood, placental blood and umbilical cord, and prepares stem cells for transplantation.
This laboratory is a real source of pride for us.
Central laboratory
The laboratory collects blood delivered from all over Poland and some European countries on a 7-day system.
All processes are performed according to.
the most stringent procedures of the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies (AABB) – it is the only laboratory of this class in Poland.
A GMP-class pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, a diagnostic laboratory and a research and development department are also located under one roof with the laboratory and bank.
In addition, the laboratory carries out research on blood collected for public resources and scientific projects together with research institutions (e.g., the Polish Academy of Sciences and medical universities).
